Q: Where do you guys get these lists?
A:  We gather information from the Contractors State License Board, Administration information from each city, and several other resources, some of these resources only produce only one or two leads each and take countless man hours to gather.

Q: How often do you get new lists?
A: We gather the information every day and work night and day to make sure that the information we provide is the most up to date we can provide.  The information is gathered up to the end of business day on the prior day.  So at the latest, Wednesday is the information we gathered Monday, Thursday is the information we gathered on Tuesday, etc.  However in most cases, we have the information for the prior day available by noon the next day.  As soon as the information is available we will e-mail the list directly to you.

Q: What formats are the files available in?
A: At present the files are in Microsoft Word, Excel, or a text document.  We will be providing more formats, styles, and even labels in the near future.

Q: How many companies purchase these lists?
A:  We specifically target the industries that would best benefit from these lists and do not advertise in any other way shape or form.  Unlike most leads companies that gather the leads to sell to the biggest number of people possible, because our lists are time sensitive only a certain number go out on any given day.  We would rather have a strong core of companies that we provide lists to who will be with us for the long haul, than over saturating any market and weakening the strength of these lists.

Q:  Why don’t you have an 800 number like many other leads companies?
A: We could have an 800 number and a staff to be on standby for your call, but we would have to ad that price onto the price of the lists.  Most of the people we talk to would rather increase their profit margin than talk to someone on the phone the once or twice they would need to and pay for them the rest of the time.

Q: I already have access to the list. Why should I choose you?
A: Well, figure out how long it takes you to filter the list and decipher everything into a legible and workable list. Once you do all the factoring you will see that it is actually cheaper to spend at most $12.95 to have someone else do all the work for you rather than spending the time to go through the list yourself.
